Operators ask what the software costs. Lite is $99 per month, 1 seat. The seat covers the company's own phones and the note Knox keeps. This page does not add a per-job fee.
The Brush passes multiplies the counts the caller already gave: stove or fireplace, and about how many cords burned. The result is brush passes. That number is for planning. The company that claims the job sets the price on its own ticket.
Knox will not quote a made-up rate to sound precise. A local sweep brushes and shoots the flue. Knox does not rebuild the crown.
Use the published seat price. Leave the job price on the company's own invoice.
